摘要: A trace analytical method is presented for the analysis of hydroxylated polychlorinated biphenyl metabolites (HO-PCBs) and pentachlorophenol (PCP) in human plasma. The described methodology a modification previously validated used PCB organochlorine pesticide analysis. modified enables combined phenolic neutral halogenated compounds. tandem Florisil column separating HO-PCBs PCP from fraction, instead more common chemical partitioning. In same step fraction purified GC extraction was found to be highly dependent on sufficient acidification sample polarity extracting solvent. Analysis plasma samples gave recovery rates 13C6-PCP 13C12-4-HO-CB 187 64 72%, respectively. limit detection ranged between 2–20 pg g−1 5 PCP. No matrix interferences were observed chromatograms. (n = 15) native Chukchi people Uelen (Russian Arctic), population with high exposure, median ratio sum PCBs as 0.4 significantly correlated (r2 > 0.7, p < 0.01). (10 congeners) 5920 4-HO-CB 107 dominating congener (median: 1670 plasma). level measured at 642
