摘要: In the setting of hybrid resistance, parental C57BL/6 bone marrow (BM) grafts are vigorously rejected by lethally irradiated (C57BL/6xDBA/2) F1 mice. However, mice pretreated continuous administration granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF) with a miniosmotic pump before BM grafting developed day-8 splenic colonies donor origin. This inhibitory effect on rejection was reversible because regained capacity to reject when ceased functioning. The appearance only small number G-CSF soon after suggested importance in producing this pre-exposure host G-CSF. Because syngeneic combination did not influence colonies, an altered distribution grafted precursors unlikely. absence reduction NK1.1-positive cells G-CSF-treated functional impairment natural killer cells, major effectors but further study is necessary elucidate mechanism underlying phenomenon. our results indicate as regulator certain type immune response and raise possibility clinical application transplantation medicine.
