摘要: Normal individuals and those homozygous heterozygous for the gene which determines deficiency in serum α1-antitrypsin (α1-at) were given an intravenous injection of typhoid vaccine. Following this trypsin-inhibiting capacity concentration α1-at increases markedly normal individuals. Heterozygotes have elevation their but reach only 50 percent levels reached by homozygotes common (normal individuals). Their values are however temporarily range men not Homozygotes show a small under these conditions. These findings demonstrate that (1) increase after vaccine is largely due to concentration, (2) inhibits quantitative response such stimulus.
