摘要: Objective(s): The purpose of this study was preparation and evaluation PLGA nanospheres containing the influenza virus different adjuvants, Quillaja saponin (QS) CpG-ODN.   Materials Methods: Nanospheres were prepared using double emulsion-solvent evaporation method. The morphological physicochemical properties studied by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), determination zeta potential, encapsulation efficiency release profile. Results: The particle size formulations less than 1000 nm, except for antigen. results confirmed with SEM images. Encapsulation antigen, QS CpG ODN 80%, 62% 31%, respectively. potential about -30 mV. burst observed all encapsulates reached to 48%, 44% 35% within 90 min CpG-ODN Qs content, Conclusion: The showed proper properties. These have good be used as delivery systems/adjuvants immunization against influenza.
