摘要: T lymphocytes are key players of adaptive immune responses. Upon recognition specific peptides presented by human leukocyte antigen (HLA) molecules on presenting cells (APC), these execute subset-related functions such as killing, help and regulation. The ontogeny, the activation effector all steps T-lymphocyte life cycle that rely high motility properties. These travel through organism in a succession steps, including entry into tissues, interstitial migration, APC scanning, synapse formation tissue exit. Such ability is possible because plastic behavior, which highly controlled time space. molecular basis for adaptable behavior only starting to be unraveled. scope this review discuss recent data pointing role regulators actin cytoskeleton remodeling tuning distinct aspects during their entry, residency exit from tissues.
