摘要: Abstract Aims—To investigate the tumour cell proliferative index obtained by immunostaining of paraffin wax sections 30 cases breast carcinoma with monoclonal antibodies MIB1, KiS1 and KiS5, polyclonal Ki67 antisera to antigen 19A2 PC10 proliferating nuclear possible correlation between these indices that antibody in frozen same tumours. Methods—All samples had been uniformly fixed processed were subjected microwave retrieval before all instances except for which was used cryostat sections. Tumour evaluated two independent examiners, each counting 500 cells aid a cross-hatched grid. Results—Proliferative Ki67, KiS1, KiS5 correlated those Proliferative showed no antibody. The staining MIB1 most intense easiest read. Conclusions—Monoclonal antiserum appear be suitable substitutes assessment index. As reagents are immunoreactive sections, they overcome requirement tissue Ki67.
