摘要: Continuing Professional Development (CPD) is now a cornerstone of education policy in the UK and elsewhere. If aspirations translate successfully into practice, then (funded) CPD opportunities will abound teachers be ‘developed’ logical structured way from moment they enter profession until retirement. As result (it claimed) teacher retention improved, pupils' learning enhanced standards within rise.
