摘要: The radiographic changes of ankylosing spondylitis were studied in 50 females and 82 males. There was a tendency for the males to have more severe arthritic sacroiliac joints than females, but difference did not reach statistical significance. Males significantly often had radiological involvement lumbar spine. More restricted mobility, total spinal flexion, chest expansion found with x-ray spine without such features. No significant could be females. These findings may indicate less disease as judged roentgenologically correlations between restriction mobility stronger
