摘要: Arrhythmogenic right ventricular displasia (ARVD) is a heart disease characterized by total or partial fat replacement of the myocardium. Echocardiography, which has been most commonly used for diagnosis ARVD, usually only demonstrates enlargement with associated hypokinesia and normal left chamber size. Angiocardiography very effective in evaluation especially, detection wall motion abnormalities bulgings. However, angiocardiography invasive. Magnetic resonance imaging non-invasive, repeatable technique, allows more accurate free wall.
