摘要: Surgical simulation and 3D printing have both been gaining traction exclusively over the past decade, now started to appear simultaneously in current research. The opinion that surgical should be part of surgery curricula is becoming ever more apparent. In this review, we highlight briefly examine workflow, each facet body literature using technology augmentation training, addition challenges currently faced. A broad search was conducted pertaining utilisation urology, aiming sample majority use-cases fairly novel technology. as applied urological faced described. respectable number utilising their development were identified, including but not limited percutaneous nephrolithotomy, partial nephrectomy, renal transplantation, laparoscopic pyeloplasty, prostate brachytherapy, transurethral resection bladder tumours, urethrovesical anastomosis devices, trainers robotic phantoms. Over last urology has taken cutting-edge its stride; flaunting efficacy a procedural training applications. use cases for only expected rise virtues are demonstrated, ease availability units advances, costs abated.
