摘要: A newly devised process using round bar-shaped electrodes and ultrasonic enhancement in a micro-electrochemical machining (UMECM) is described. The purpose the precise removal of In2O3SnO2 thin-film nanostructures from optoelectronic flat panel display color filter surfaces. In current experiment it was found that large surface area cathode small gap-size between workpiece to remove rapidly. high feed rate (the with filter) adequate electrical power results fast machining. Pulsed direct improves dregs discharge this an advantage feed. electrode rotational speed also corresponds faster nanostructures. development proposed precision production design based on both technical economic considerations.
