摘要: Most of the power supplied to a thin-film transistor liquid crystal display (TFT-LCD) panel is consumed at video signal input lines driver ICs, and vertical driven by ICs. The frequency inputs about 240 MHz/spl divide/ (number lines) 60 kHz assuming super extended graphics array (SXGA) format. parasitic capacitance each line over pF on side 150 lines. required amplitude lines, which depends material, always more than 3 V/sub pp/ for good black white picture contrast. Conversely, small crucial low consumption electromagnetic radiation. Thus, gain stage needed amplify signals. For reasons processing speed, sample hold (SH) precedes stage. However, this configuration increases offset pedestal originating from SH To overcome this, dynamic function shuffling introduced in CMOS IC.
