摘要: The German food market has undergone tremendous changes in recent years. In retailing a concentration process taken place, discount shops have gained share, and consumers shown hybrid smart buying behaviour, demanding the highest quality at lowest price. New information technologies been developed enabled closer collaboration between members of chain. Therefore, former isolated management single firms should be replaced by vertical comprehensive encompassing each member supply this context, Efficient Consumer Response (ECR) is seen as successful chain strategy for grocery industry. This paper provides an overview ECR concept its strategies. Core requirements implementation dairy industry three European countries are investigated.
