摘要: We have developed a model of human squamous epithelial cell invasion in skin organ culture. Epidermal the dermis occurs this when tissue is exposed to an exogenous source growth factor. In present study we sought determine what extent factor-induced correlates with ability factor induce motility. Histological examination treated epidermal (EGF), hepatocyte (HGF), insulin-like factor-1 (IGF-1) or keratinocyte (KGF) showed that only HGF and EGF were inducers while KGF- IGF-1-treated tissues histologically similar untreated controls. parallel studies, found be potent stimulators motility IGF-1 was less effective KGF even so.
