摘要: The conductance fluctuation and higher order moments of a disordered carbon nanotube are statistically investigated. Detailed investigations on the evolutions $G$ distribution $P(G)$ $P(\mathrm{ln}\phantom{\rule{0.2em}{0ex}}G)$ show full transport evolution with metal-to-insulator crossover. It is demonstrated that has Gaussian in its metallic regime, while it follows log-normal when reaches insulating regime by increasing disorder strength.
