摘要: A microdialysis system for measuring the ethanol concentration curve in nucleus accumbens of rat brain was developed and tested three different lines (AA, ANA, Wistar) after an intraperitoneal (IP) intragastric (IG) dose 1.0 g/kg ethanol. The flow rate modified Ringer solution set at 5 microliters/min; samples were taken every minute administration analyzed with headspace gas chromatography. After IP administration, levels rose much more rapidly than tail blood same animals. maximum level IG lower occurred later, similar to AA ANA rats. No clear difference between found but there some indication that rats may absorb alcohol intubation faster or Wistar
