摘要: Abstract HER-2/neu over-expression occurs in 10–40% of patients with esophageal adenocarcinoma. Therefore, inhibitory effects trastuzumab on proliferation, neoangiogenesis and metastatic spread the adenocarcinoma cell line PT1590 were investigated (subcutaneous xenograft model). revealed an amplified copy number c - erbB2 occured tumors spontaneous lung metastases. proliferation was significantly inhibited by vitro . In vivo, tumor weight, volume, microvessel density metastases decreased after three weeks treatment. These data suggest importance for encourages clinical trials.
