摘要: The toxicities of seven chemicals [cadmium (Cd) chloride, potassium dichromate, sodium dodecyl sulfate, chloride (KCl), Triton X-100, zinc (Zn) and copper (Cu) (II) sulfate] were determined using the tropical freshwater cladoceran, Ceriodaphnia rigaudii temperate species, Daphnia magna. Data generated was subsequently used to determine relative sensitivities both interspecies correlation compare 48 h LC50 values for species. C. ranged from 0.002 mg L−1 (potassium dichromate) 21.1 mg L−1 whereas those D. magna 0.3 mg L−1 Cu 418.87 mg L−1 KCl. significantly less than that six compounds tested. also showed a low, positive suggesting species not similar sensitivity factors betwee...
