摘要: During routine dissection for Ist MBBS students on 65 years donated embalmed male cadaver in the Department of Anatomy, K.J.Somaiya Medical College, we observed multiple heads deltoid muscle left arm. The posterior fibers were enclosed a distinct fascial sheet and was seen to arise from middle 1/3 vertebral border scapula. However there no variations blood supply nerve muscle. photographs taken proper documentation. existence should be kept mind by surgeons operating deltoid, or doing scapular flaps.
