摘要: We used Raman spectroscopy to investigate the structure and interactions of lysozyme molecules in solution over a wide range concentrations (2.5-300 mg ml(-1)). No changes amide-I band were observed as concentration was increased, but width Trp at 1555 cm(-1) ratios intensities Tyr bands 856 837 cm(-1), 870 877 2940 (CH stretching) 3420 (OH changed changed. These results reveal that although distance between by more than an order magnitude tested range, secondary protein did not change. The molecular occurred stepwise process suggest can be markers behavior high-concentration solutions proteins use will lead progress our understanding only basic science under concentrated (i.e., crowded) conditions also practical processes involving proteins, such field biopharmaceuticals.
