摘要: During surface waterbloom formation a population of buoyant cyanobacteria becomes telescoped to the lake in absence mixing (Reynolds and Walsby 1975). Bloom involves an abrupt change environmental conditions, most notably exposure full sunlight cells top-layer bloom. In contrast, deeper layers have cope with anoxic, dark conditions (Ibelings Mur 1992). Abeliovich Shilo (1972) already observed photooxidative death blooms. addition high irradiance stress, bloom are exposed elevated temperature, dry, desiccated crust has also been (Zohary Pais Madeira 1990). The presence additional stresses enhances likelihood photoinhibition (Demmig-Adams Adams Photoinhibition is decrease quantum yield photosynthesis induced by irradiance, higher than that which can be used maximum efficiency (Powles, 1984). this study we further investigated impact such on cyanobacterium Microcystis. Our investigations concentrated performance Photosystem II, not only sensitive photoinhibition, but other stress factors as well (Havaux
