摘要: When incubated in the light under 100% oxygen, wild-type blue-green algae (Anacystis nidulans, Synechococcus cedrorum) die out rapidly at temperatures of 4 to 15 C, and 35 C (or 26 case S. absence CO(2). Photosynthesis is impaired these cells long before they die. Blocking photosystem II high presence CO(2) sensitizes photooxidative death. Photooxidative death bleaching photosynthetic pigments are separable phenomena. conditions were demonstrated Israeli fish ponds using A. nidulans as test organism during dense summer blooms, when dissolved low, winter, water generally drop below C. This finding suggests that may be responsible for sudden decomposition blooms summer, a factor winter.
