摘要: Release of microparticles (MPs) from blood cells may occur upon various activation signals. MPs neutrophil and platelet have been studied in systemic infectious diseases cardiovascular diseases, respectively. They are here investigated common nephropathies including vasculitis dialysis, two conditions characterized by activation. Flow cytometry analysis neutrophil-derived (CD66b-positive) platelet-derived (CD41a-positive) was performed on 213 plasma samples patients with nephropathies, 46 40 hemodialysis patients. released ex vivo , during whole blood, were also measured these Correlations clinical parameters creatinine clearance evaluated. The results show that present or healthy controls origins: (38±22%), (2.8±3.8%) MPs, mixed aggregates neutrophil/platelet (28±15%) neither (null) 31±20%. Acute showed the highest level all types while other did not result significant changes MP levels. A increase observed sessions. In renal failure, no correlation seen between levels clearance. conclusion, non-specific markers acute phase dialysis-induced inflammation. Circulating co-express adhesion molecules both cell be thus endowed inflammation coagulation- modulating properties.
