摘要: Publisher Summary This chapter discusses the immobilized enzymes for assaying bile acids. Although it is well established that serum acid (SBA) concentrations are elevated in patients with various liver diseases, their clinical utility still debated. Several different types of SBA analysis have been used an attempt to define these determinations. Gas-liquid chromatography (GLC) combined mass spectrometry currently available reference method. The enzymatic methods based on use specific NAD-dependent hydroxysteroid dehydrogenases (HSD) and a spectrophotometric or fluorimetric detection NADH production. describes assays 3α-, 7α-, 12α-hydroxy acids serum, urine, bile. Bile acids, which were as standards obtained from variety sources had purity more than 98% judged by thin-layer chromatography. Sera urine samples hepatobiliary diseases provided analyzed GLC HPLC.
