摘要: Abstract The results of a gas—liquid chromatographical analysis individual bile acids in serum and are presented. involved enzymatic hydrolysis prior to protein precipitation, purification according Roovers et al. [2], diethyl ether extraction, preparation trifluoroacetate methylester derivatives with 1% OV-210 on Gaschrom Q as stationary phase. Protein precipitation special steps were omitted the routine bile. With 7-ketodeoxycholic acid internal standard adequate separation acids-cholic (chenodeoxycholic acid, deoxycholic lithocholic acid) was obtained. There linear correlation between dose injected peak height response. Recovery studies unconjugated conjugated acids, added serum, water bile, revealed good reproducibility. only significant loss, mainly cholic occurred during step. Special attention paid extraction minimize loss these steps. after correction for gas-chromatographic procedure, 80–95% 83–100% Duplicate analyses samples proved that reproducibility good. Numerous estimates made from fasting normal persons order establish valid reliable values.
