摘要: The hypotheses were that medial patellofemoral ligament reconstruction (MPFLr) would improve the long-term symptoms of Instability (PFI) and control patellar tilt, based on computed tomography (CT), addition a TT transfer, when it is necessary, not deteriorate outcome. purpose this study was to evaluate clinical radiographic outcomes large series MPFLr, either isolated or associated with transfer. From 133 MPFLr minimum 4 years postoperatively, three groups defined: tibial tubercle (TT) medialisation distalisation. IKDC Kujala scores evaluated. Patellar tilt evaluated patient’s preoperative last available radiograph, CT scan measurements performed preoperatively at 6-month postoperatively. mean follow-up 6.3 ± 1.7 years [4.1–10.3] four patients reported recurrent dislocation. Between pre postoperative significant improvement in functional observed (P < 0.01), no difference between groups. Regarding there decreases Laurin Merchant angles an Maldague stage (P < 0.01). analysis also demonstrates patella correlated good result whether provides radiological low rate recurrence. results same outcomes. This article guide for surgeons evaluating PFI choose most appropriate procedure. IV.
