摘要: Acne vulgaris is one of the most common skin diseases in United States and can affect any gender or ethnic group. Post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH) scarring from acne have a negative psychosocial impact on patients. Skin color patients are particularly prone to PIH, as dark marks left may take several months resolve, far after has cleared. Here, we report case moderate with associated transgender, Asian American female who was successfully treated fixed combination topical therapy clindamycin phosphate benzoyl peroxide gel 1.2%/3.75% tretinoin microsphere 0.06%.
