摘要: PC12 cells contain at least three immunologically distinct phospholipase C (PLC) isozymes, PLC-beta, PLC-gamma, and PLC-delta. Treatment of with nerve growth factor (NGF) leads to an increase in the phosphorylation but not PLC-beta or This can be seen as little 1 minute. The increased occurs on both serine tyrosine residues, major being former. result suggests possibility that NGF-dependent phosphoinositide hydrolysis is due selective PLC-gamma by protein kinases associated NGF receptor.
