摘要: The calcium sensing receptor (CaSR) is a robust promoter of differentiation in colonic epithelial cells and functions as tumor suppressor. Cancer that do not express CaSR (termed null) are highly malignant while acquisition expression these circumvents the phenotype. We hypothesize chemopreventive agents mediate their action through induction CaSR.
