摘要: A new quantitative immunoperoxidase method is presented for determining absolute amounts of peroxidase and, consequently, surface antigen densities individual cells in B lymphocytes from normal individuals, subjects with CLL and prolymphocytic leukemia, during ontogeny lympocytes the mouse.
