摘要: Sarcophaga lectin is an immune defense protein which transcriptionally induced upon challenge in the flesh fly, peregrina. So far, we have revealed that gene has multiple NF-κB -binding motifs its promoter. Here showed nuclear extracts from Sarcophaga-derived culture cells, NIH-Sape-4, and larval fat bodies binding activity to κB promoter, some of were responsive stimuli. We also compared expression profiles with those antibacterial peptide genes point view inducers, tissues local induction digestive tracts. In each case, was activated different manners other inducible genes. These results indicate complex regulation gene, possibly by -related transcription factors. Arch. Insect Biochem.
