摘要: Experimental ischemia results in cortical brain lesion followed by ischemic stroke. In this study, focal cerebral was induced mice occlusion of the middle artery. We studied layers I, II/III, V and VI caudal forelimb area (CFA) medial agranular cortex (AGm) from control C57BL/6 with Based on our analysis CFA AGm motor cortex, significant differences were observed numbers neurons, astrocytes microglia superficial II/III deep layers. Cellular changes more prominent layer nuclear pyknosis, chromatin fragmentation, necrosis degeneration, as well as, morphological evidence apoptosis, mainly neurons. As result, severely impaired than model, evidenced proliferation astrocytes, potentially resulting neuroinflammation microglia-like cells.
