摘要: In this work, a new clean-up and pre-concentration method based on disk solid-phase extraction (SPE) was developed to determine multi-class pharmaceutical residues covering wide range of polarities (log Kow values from −0.5 5.1) in water systems, prior ultra-performance liquid chromatographic-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS) analyses. Electrospray ionisation positive negative modes used for the simultaneous determination both acidic basic pharmaceuticals. The performances SPE cartridge were compared. targeted compounds list included bronchodilators, antidiabetic drugs, antihypertensive lipid-lowering agent, analgesics, anti-inflammatory drugs. Based our results, demonstrated higher sensitivity recovery value less analysis time as compared method. limits detection (LOD) ranged 0.02–3.2 ng L−1, 0.02–3.1 L−1 0.02–4.7 tap, effluent influent wastewater, respectively. method's absolute 70% 122% tap water, 62% 121% wastewater except metformin which approximately 48% all samples. Intra-day precision 3–12%, 4–9% 2–8%, applied pharmaceuticals effluent, one hospital treatment plant Malaysia. results revealed that highest concentrations certain up 49 424 (acetaminophen) 1763 (caffeine) also showed variation efficiencies compound another. Nevertheless, removal 0–99%.
