摘要: Based on morphology and DNA sequences of SSU, ITS, LSU, MCM7, RPB1 TEF1 genes, we describe four new species in Magnaporthaceae that are associated with grass roots collected from New Jersey Pine Barrens. A genus, Pseudophialophora, is erected to accommodate three species, which characterized by slow growth potato dextrose agar, curved conidiogenous cells without a conspicuous collarette at the apex oblong ellipsoidal conidia. Pseudophialophora eragrostis, P. panicorum schizachyrii assigned this genus. Magnaporthiopsis also reported named as M. panicorum. Distinctions between them phylogenetic relationships other taxa discussed.
