摘要: Organizational learning has become increasingly important for strategic renewal. Ambidextrous organizations are specially succesfull in current environment, where firms require efficiency and adaptation to changes. ambidexterity is still the process of developing into a new research paradigm organizational research. In this study, we discuss arguments about ambidextrous character, identify intellectual capital characteristics that better support types, HRM practices adequate components capital, if plays any mediating role relationship between learning.
