摘要: Abstract Diffusion welding of TC4 titanium alloy and 316L stainless steel with V/Cu/Co multi-layer metal interlayer was carried out at 800 °C, 840 °C, 880 °C 920 °C, respectively. The results show that the maximum tensile strength joint is 292 MPa when temperature due to solid solution strengthening effect. A thin Cu-Co formed copper-cobalt interface, which caused joints break different temperatures. With increase temperature, increases first then decreases. In addition, dimples sizes shapes are distributed indicates has good ductility.
