摘要: Neuroblastoma (NB) is one of the most frequently occurring extracranial solid tumors childhood (Maris et al., 2007 [1]; Brodeur, 2003 [2]). Probability cure varies according to patient's age, extent disease and tumor biology [2]; Cohn 2009 [3]). However, etiology this developmental unknown. Recent evidence has shown that pediatric tumors, including NB, harbor a paucity recurrent genetic mutations, with significant proportion events converging on epigenetic mechanisms (Cheung 2012 [4]; Molenaar [5]; Pugh 2013 [6]; Sausen [7]. We have analyzed DNA methylome neuroblastoma using high-density microarrays (Infinium Human Methylation 450k BeadChip) define landscape its potential clinicopathological impact.
