摘要: Abstract Hot dip galvanized coatings with minor amounts of antimony or lead were evaluated respect to their surface appearance, corrosion behavior and spangle orientation. The coating surfaces many crater-like pits a higher density boundaries more susceptible attack. bright spangles was parallel the (00·1) plane crystallographically homogeneous than that dull whose mostly (10·1) plane. This seems responsible for resistance any other spangles. Antimony existed within rather on surface. Electron diffraction pattern from antimony-containing phase showed Sb2Zn3 structure.
