摘要: It is unclear how the omission of a perfusate oxygen carrier may influence data derived from prolonged in vitro liver perfusions. The effects reduced content upon function tests conducted livers male Sprague-Dawley rats perfused for 6 h, were studied using diluted rat blood (PCV = 10%) (group 1) and compared to lines with Krebs' buffer 2). Perfusate bile samples withdrawn at start hourly intervals following commencement perfusion biochemical analysis aspartate-serine transaminase, alkaline phosphatase, bilirubin, urea potassium concentrations, also gas measurements calculations hepatic uptake. There no significant differences between initial pressures 11.4+/-1.6 15.7+/-2.4 mm Hg 1 versus group 2, respectively). Maintenance comparable perfusion, however, resulted difference fixed flow rate two groups 1.9+/-0.1 2.6+/-0.2* ml/min/g significantly higher 2 than after h (18.2+/-2.0 8.7+/-1.7 mmHg, Bile volume production was greater 784+/-84 vs 458+/-75 microl/h** respectively.
