摘要: Controlled oxygenated rewarming (COR) up to 20°C during ex vivo machine perfusion limits reperfusion induced tissue injury upon graft implantation. Rewarming normothermia might add further benefits and provide better prediction of post transplantation organ function. The effect 90 min with Aqix RS-I after cold storage combined gentle (COR20) or 35°C (COR35) was studied in rat livers compared alone (CS, n=6, resp). Post-preservation recovery evaluated warm using an established vitro system. COR generally resulted significantly improved energetic recovery, increased bile flow, less ALT release histopathology as only stored livers, without significant differences between COR20 COR35. Parameters obtained COR, especially COR35, also allowed for hepatic reperfusion. For instance ulterior production found closely correlated flow observed already COR35 (R2=0.91). COR liver quality static storage. Elevation temperature may prove promising refine ex-vivo evaluation the prior transplantation. This article is protected by copyright. All rights reserved.
