摘要: Purpose MicroRNAs (miRNA or miR) are the most abundant and stable class of small RNA. Unlike typical RNA molecules present in cell, they do not encode proteins but can control translation. Hhence, found to play a major role regulation cellular processes. miRNAs have been shown differentially regulate various genes, expression levels some changes several fold liver serum, during drug- induced toxicity. This review summarises latest findings about biological functions miRNA its potential use as diagnostic biomarkers injury.
