摘要: Summary Fourtythree strains of the genus Sphingomonas and close relatives were subjected to riboprint analyses generated after digestion genomic DNA with restriction enzyme Eco RI hybridization E. coli rrnB operon. The majority characterized by a complex banding pattern in riboprints. High degrees similarities riboprints only observed among same species such as S. yanoikuyae, aromaticivorans, subarctica chlorophenolica . Strains different including phylogenetic asaccharolytica, mail pruni easily distinguished differences even visual evaluation. Thus, our data demonstrate that analysis is useful for preliminary identification new sphingomonad isolates at level.
