摘要: The effect of doping MoSe2 (band gap 1.4 eV) as well the influence electrochemical potential redox-couple in electrolyte have been investigated an effort to optimize solar cells based on layer compounds. It is shown that case I−/I2 mechanism photopotential generation assisted by a favourable chemical modification electrode surface which introduces both negative charges into double and traps for holes space charge layer. traced formation reaction behaviour five-valent Mo(V)-I complex. MoSe2:I−/I2-cell could be improved energy conversion efficiency 8% monochromatic 4% radiation. Its good stability was established continued operation at 10 mA/cm2 months.
