摘要: H5N1 avian influenza viruses (AIVs) have spread widely to more than 60 countries spanning three continents. To control the disease, vaccination of poultry is implemented in many affected countries, especially those where become enzootic and wild birds. Recently, considerable progress has been made toward development novel (AI) vaccines, recombinant virus vector vaccines DNA vaccines. Here, we will discuss recent advances vaccine use against AIV poultry. Understanding properties available, allow for establishment rational protocols, which turn help effective prevention AI.
