摘要: Our previous study has demonstrated that 6-Gingerol (6-G) could alleviate myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury (MIRI). However, the molecular mechanism underlying process of (I/R) alleviation by 6-G remains unelucidated. The objective present is to further investigate potential for MIRI in rats. Thirty-two Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into four groups: Sham group, I/R + and LY294002 (LY) group. For each groups, data collected cardiogram, cardiac function, area infarction, pathology, enzyme, marker inflammatory response, PI3K/Akt signaling pathway. We found pretreatment with 6 mg/kg shrink ST section improve reduce infarction degree pathological injury, lower level inhibit response. In addition, our results also indicated upregulate expression PI3K p-Akt LY294002, a blocking agent pathway, nullify protecting role 6-G. experimental showed I/R-induced response through activation
