摘要: Interferon-γ (IFN-γ) release assay (IGRA) is used for diagnosis of latent tuberculosis infection (LTBI), and serial testing active (TB). The aim this study was to evaluate the results IGRA treatment monitoring children with LTBI TB. performed in BCG vaccinated before six months after beginning treatment. A total 59 aged 4-18 years were investigated due exposure participants divided into two groups: Group 1, (N = 41), 2, TB (N = 18). (QuantiFERON-TB Gold In-Tube) twice, i.e., at end prophylaxis therapy. There no significant difference IFN-γ concentrations between 1 2 subjects either or Difference pre-treatment post-treatment compared not statistically significant. During follow-up, did develop In addition, TB, signs symptoms improved anti-TB This showed that differ may remain positive over a long period time. It seems useful Pediatr Pulmonol.
