摘要: Adsorption of a crude cellulase complex from Trichoderma viride on variously pretreated cotton celluloses has been studied in the framework Langmuir approach, temperature range 2–8°C. The saturation amount adsorbed enzyme related to their susceptibility hydrolysis. In every case adsorption process was found be faster by 2–3 orders magnitude than hydrolysis step give end products. For one substrate, parameters were fairly well correlated with value Michaelis constant Km, measured for its enzymatic hydrolysis, and adsorptive (ES)ad indistinguishable (ES) Michaelis–Menten model
