摘要: Summary The production of single-cell protein (SCP) from lignocellulosic materials needs four steps: (1) physical andchemical pretreatments; (2) cellulase production; (3) enzymatic hydrolysis; and (4) assimilation or fermentation holocellulose. following topics for each step are discussed: effect mode action pretreatment; optimization culture media operating conditions, application mutation, protoplast fusion gene recombination; elucidation kinetics reaction, methods immobilization, stabilization recovery cellulases; examples SCP by several types cultivation treatment lignin. many severe problems may be solved genetic engineering, which has been applied mainly to enzyme production.
