摘要: Although the use of mesenchymal stromal cells (MSCs) for treatment orthopaedic injuries in horses has been reported, no official guidelines exist that classify a particular cell as an equine MSC. Given limited characterisation peripheral blood (PB)-derived MSCs particular, this study aimed to provide more detailed information relation type. Mesenchymal were isolated from PB samples and colony forming unit (CFU) assays well population doubling times (PDTs) (from P(0) P(10)) performed. Two types colonies, 'fingerprint' dispersed, could be observed based on macroscopic microscopic features. Moreover, after initial lag phase (as indicated by negative PDT at P(1)) divided rapidly positive all further passages. Immunophenotyping was carried out with trypsin- accutase-detached MSC evaluate potential trypsin-sensitive epitope destruction antigens. Isolated CD29, CD44, CD90 CD105, CD45, CD79α, MHC II monocyte/macrophage marker, irrespective detaching agent used. Trilineage differentiation towards osteoblasts, chondroblasts adipocytes confirmed using range histochemical stains.
