摘要: Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to describe a transformative business sustainability (TBS) model stakeholders and sources in sustainable practices with an interface exchange node resource residuals. Design/methodology/approach research based upon grounded methodology drawn from four in-depth case studies, spanning over six years different countries industries. Data were gathered multiple sources, interview transcriptions returned interviewees for clarification, accuracy, final proofreading approval. Findings TBS complements existing by emphasising the importance commitment overarching vision through corporate leadership assigning areas strategic priority that respond current future environmental regulation social needs.
